Knitwear Vol. 2
Strategy / Creative / Email / SMS
The brief.
Setter already had something most brands try to manufacture: genuine culture and an audience that wanted to be part of it. Knitwear Vol. 2 was an opportunity to deepen that relationship. Rather than simply driving transactions, ASCNT focused on bringing Setter’s community closer to the brand, turning existing attention into belonging that extended beyond the drop.

Turning Setter’s culture into an owned experience.
The approach.
For the Knitwear Drop, ASCNT turned early access into affiliation. Setter Affiliated made joining the list feel less like subscribing and more like gaining membership, bringing the audience closer to the brand through access, inclusion and exclusivity.
That feeling carried across every touchpoint. Culture-led design and a consistent visual language connected social, sign-up, email and the drop itself, making each interaction feel distinctly Setter. Early access became the reward for being closer to the brand, building immediate demand while creating a stronger owned audience and giving customers a reason to stay connected beyond a single purchase.
By treating the drop as a cultural moment rather than a product release, each touchpoint compounded the next. Turning attention into access, access into anticipation, and anticipation into a relationship Setter could carry into future releases.
“ASCNT got Setter in a way most partners don't. The work felt native to our world — not like someone had translated our brand into a template.”
